They will be speaking about their recent books, Greiman’s Melville’s Democracy: Radical Figuration and Political Form (Stanford UP, 2023), and Marrs’s Melville, Beauty, and American Literary Studies: An Aesthetics in All Things (Oxford UP, 2023).
